Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to evaluate whether a design partner engagement is a fit, to prepare for a discovery conversation, and to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing to third parties, sell it, or share it with anyone outside Steward and Sync LLC without your explicit consent.
Pre-Engagement Confidentiality
We treat all pre-engagement disclosures as confidential by default. If you describe your system architecture, compliance requirements, or internal processes through this form or in a subsequent call, that information is held in confidence. A mutual NDA is available upon request before any architecture discussion.
Data Storage
Contact form submissions are stored in our email system. We do not operate a CRM with third-party data processors for contact information beyond standard email infrastructure. We do not place tracking cookies on this site beyond what is technically required for the contact form to function.
